EMBODIED LEADERSHIP CLASSES

  • These classes offer a unique space to explore leadership as an inner and relational practice rooted in awareness, presence, and lived experience. Rather than focusing only on external skills, Embodied Leadership invites you to discover how leadership begins in the body, in self-awareness, and in the way we relate to ourselves and others.


  • Each class weaves together gentle embodied practices with guided self-inquiry and meaningful group reflection. Sessions may include chair-based or mat-based movement, breath awareness, grounding practices, nervous system regulation, mindful attention to sensation, guided reflection, and moments of quiet inner listening. These practices help participants reconnect with their bodies, settle the mind, and access deeper clarity, steadiness, and inner knowing.


  • A central part of the class is group self-inquiry. Through thoughtful discussion questions, participants are invited to reflect on themes such as identity, resilience, power, healing, connection, purpose, and authentic leadership. These conversations create space for insight, mutual learning, and the honoring of lived experience as a source of wisdom.


  • Embodied Leadership classes are designed for people who want to grow both personally and professionally, including those navigating stress, transition, trauma, chronic pain, psychiatric challenges, caregiving, or the demands of leadership roles in everyday life. The classes are welcoming, reflective, and grounded in the belief that leadership can emerge through healing, awareness, and community.

MIND HEALTH LEADERSHIP FOR CHRONIC STRESS

RELAX, HEAL, AND FIND YOUR CENTER

 

  • Take a short break from your day to pause and settle and let go mindfully. 


  • This 30 minute class offers a welcoming space to pause, reset, and care for yourself amid the physical, mental, and emotional demands of daily life. It is designed for everyday people who are carrying stress from work, caregiving, health challenges, emotional strain, or the ongoing pressures of modern living.


  • Whether you practice on a mat or in a chair, each session supports your body and mind in settling out of stress and returning to greater balance. Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided mindfulness, and deep relaxation, you will learn simple yet powerful tools to calm the nervous system, ease tension, improve focus, and restore a greater sense of steadiness from within.


  • These classes are practical, accessible, and designed for real life. Daytime sessions include practices that support brain health, clarity, and longevity. Evening sessions invite you to unwind with calming meditation and restorative awareness practices that help you release the day and prepare for restful sleep.


Why This Class Matters


  • Stress does not only affect the mind. It affects the whole body. When stress becomes ongoing, the nervous system can remain stuck in a repeated state of alert, releasing stress hormones that gradually wear down physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.


  • Over time, chronic stress can contribute to anxiety, depression, digestive problems, sleep disruption, high blood pressure, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and a reduced sense of resilience. It can also affect memory, mood, and overall quality of life.


  • This class is an opportunity to interrupt that cycle. It offers a compassionate and effective way to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build the inner resources needed to meet life with greater calm, clarity, and strength.

SELF -DISCOVERY CLASSES

SELF REFLECTION AND LIBERATION


I  invite you into a sacred space of inner discovery and growth. 


Through the integrated practices of embodied movement in a chair, meditation sitting up 

or lying down, and group self-inquiry and reflection to form a supportive community. 

we begin to shift our inner experience, releasing patterns of limitation and 

opening to a life rooted in joy, freedom, and authenticity.


These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your deeper self, 

where self-love, compassion, and a sense of wholeness naturally emerge. 


As you move and breathe with intention, you’ll find space for emotional healing, 

mental clarity, and a profound connection to yourself and others.


This is an invitation into a lived experience of peace and transformation, 

guided by someone who has walked this path personally. 

I know the power of these practices because they have transformed my own life.


Come as you are, and take the next step toward becoming who you truly are.
