THIS MODEL RESTORES LEADERSHIP TO PEOPLE
WHO HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY ARE TOO WOUNDED,
TOO ILL, TOO LIMITED, OR TOO VULNERABLE TO LEAD.
IT RECOGNIZES THAT THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED
MAY CARRY WISDOM THAT THE WORLD URGENTLY NEEDS.

Individual Embodied Leadership Sessions offer one-to-one support for people who want to explore healing, self-discovery, and leadership in a more personal way.
These sessions are designed to help you slow down, listen to your body, reflect on your life experience, and reconnect with your values, voice, purpose, and inner strength.
Together, we explore what it means to lead from presence rather than pressure, from self-trust rather than self-doubt, and from the wisdom of your lived experience.
Sessions may include gentle body-based awareness practices, breath awareness, reflection, self-inquiry, journaling prompts, and conversation.
The focus is not on fixing you, but on helping you become more grounded, clear, compassionate, and connected to what matters most.
This may be a good fit if you are moving through change, rebuilding confidence, developing a new direction, deepening your recovery, strengthening your leadership, or wanting support in bringing your gifts more fully into your life, work, relationships, or community.

This group begins in September 14, 2026. It is a monthly Meetup Group that meets the second Monday online at 6pm.
It is designed to accommodate members worldwide into these new practices of Embodied Mind Health Leadership™.
It serves people outside of the current executive and corporate models of embodied leadership.
It is meant to reach the general public outside of mental health recovery communities.
It incorporates the 5-Stage model of Embodied Mind Health Leadership™ and is similar to the ongoing weekly practice community.
